Good to know
Before your first class.
- Sessions are 55 minutes; group classes are capped at 6 people.
- No prescription required. The studio is separate from the therapy clinic.
- 24-hour cancellation policy. A late cancel uses the session credit.
- Credit and debit cards (no Amex), cash and checks. No insurance or HSA.
- Wear non-restrictive clothing. Socks are required; grip socks recommended.
- Athletic shoes for personal training sessions.
